Guevara 5-for-6 Against St. Johns Country Day High School Saturday, March 23rd , 2019 Arturo Guevara of the Lowndes High School Vikings went on a hitting spree today against the St. Johns Country Day High School Spartans pitching staff, racking up 5 hits in 6 at-bats, but to no avail -- the Spartans put a damper on his day and prevailed 15-13 over the Vikings. "It was a heck of a day and I was kind of looking forward to a better ending than that," he said later. Arturo Guevara singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Aaron Hannah in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, flied out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. |
