Mills Sizzles -- Smokes Hurricanes for 5 Hits Monday, March 28th , 2022 Chris Mills was on fire, sparking his club to a win, 29-5, over the Hurricanes. The Harlem High School catcher was a tough out and went 5-for-6 against Cartersville High School in a fine hitting display. "I got my pitches and I connected. They all found the right holes on the diamond. Some days you hit shots and they're right at somebody and some days they fall in." Chris Mills hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Matt Connard in the 3rd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jesse Adams in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, struck out in the 6th, walked in a run in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off David Vega in the 8th. |
