Hurricanes Pitching Ravaged by Herrera

All game long, Harlem High School's T.J. Herrera was rattling the walls at Federals Stadium and banging out base hits against the Cartersville High School Hurricanes. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 6-hit day and the Bulldogs had a win, 29-5.
Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 15-year-old center fielder said, "Get 6 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this."
T.J. Herrera hit a two-run double in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
Herrera is hitting .276 this season with no home runs, 6 RBIs and 6 runs scored. He has 8 hits in 29 at-bats.
