League Suspends Buchanan High School's Perez Friday, March 25th , 2022 After receiving his suspension notification from the league office, Justin Perez of the Buchanan High School Bears told reporters, "Do the crime, do the time. I lost it yesterday and will accept the punishment." The Bears shortstop lost his temper when he was called out on strikes in the game yesterday with American Heritage High School. The consequence was a 3-game suspension. This year, Perez is batting .312 with 5 hits and 2 home runs. He has scored 4 times and has batted in 5 runs. |
