No Late-Season Magic Coming: Boerne High School Out of Playoffs Monday, May 6th , 2024 When it comes to a late-season playoff disappointment, the old axiom "wait until next year" isn't overly comforting. "We really thought we would get into the playoffs this year," said Boerne High School Greyhounds starting pitcher Chris Gagarian. "It's really disappointing to come up short." Boerne High School last appeared in the postseason in 2019. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 24-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Greyhounds have made the playoffs 5 times. Boerne High School last won the Round 3 in 2009. |
