ABA High School Crowns Orange Lutheran High School's Spratt Monday, June 16th , 2025 He's in the early phase of his career, but this past season Josh Spratt performed like a veteran on the hill for the Orange Lutheran High School Lancers and walked away with the ABA High School Pitcher of the Year Award in the process. The 16-year-old Lancers star fashioned a 8-0 won-loss record in 2025 with a 0.63 ERA. In 57.1 innings of work and 9 starts, Spratt struck out 58 while giving up 36 hits and 8 walks. He held opposing batters to a .176 average. He received 62 first place votes out of a possible 64. Danny Heasley of the Georgetown High School Eagles finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Dan Vatalaro of the Coppell High School Cowboys finished third.
