Frey Blisters Etiwanda High School Monday, May 5th , 2025 Mike Frey of the Liberty High School Patriots went on a hitting spree against the Etiwanda High School Eagles pitching staff, racking up 5 hits in 5 at-bats, but to no avail -- the Eagles put a damper on his day and prevailed, 12-11, over the Patriots. "It was a heck of a day and I was kind of looking forward to a better ending than that," he said later. Mike Frey singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and doubled in the 9th. So far this year, Frey has hit .429 with no home runs, 2 RBIs and 3 runs scored. |
