Hits Galore: Pasillas Drills 5 Hits Monday, May 1st , 2023 Oscar Pasillas of the Timberwolves was unstoppable in his team's 13-6 victory over the Buford High School Wolves at Chiles High School Baseball Field. He battered them for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Chiles High School shortstop after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-5 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will." Oscar Pasillas singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th and singled in the 6th. This season, Pasillas is batting .396 with 55 hits and 12 home runs. He has scored 39 times and has 24 runs batted in. |
