Hat Trick of Home Runs for Franklin

In a powerful performance that left the fans at Anthony Rizzo Field buzzing, Rockwall-Heath High School Hawks first baseman Josh Franklin blasted a trio of home runs en route to a win, 10-4, over the Stoneman Douglas High School Eagles.
"Everything was clicking," Franklin told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them."
Franklin shined brilliantly in the win, with 5 hits in 5 at-bats, 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored.
"It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Hawks manager Walt Carrington said. "Josh played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game."
Josh Franklin singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Andy Kemmis in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Nate Crocker in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off David Shea in the 8th.
Franklin is currently hitting .442 with 10 home runsand 25 RBIs, while scoring 21 runs.
