MacAdam Slams 5 Hits for Saint Francis High School Friday, April 28th , 2023 It was a good day for the Lancers at Saint Francis High School Stadium as they clipped the Boerne High School Greyhounds, 9-3. It was tremendous day for David MacAdam, who was on a hitting barrage at the plate, finishing 5-for-5. "I don't know what to call that," the Saint Francis High School third baseman told reporters after his big performance. "I'm not 'dialed in' or 'in a zone,' I just try to keep it simple. Basically the pitcher throws the ball, I try to pick up the spin, then I hit it. Today I picked up the spin pretty well." David MacAdam singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run triple in the 8th. In 34 games this season, MacAdam has batted at a .344 pace with 44 hits and 10 home runs. |
