Best Starter Chosen by Western AA Wednesday, May 1st , 2024 Ben Calder had an outstanding April -- so good that the Western AA presented him with the Pitcher of the Month Award earlier today. "There's no way to know where the Capitols would be without Calder," one fan is quoted as saying. In April Calder dominated the competition, running up a 5-1 record, a 1.72 ERA and 22 strikeouts in 36.2 innings. |
