The 27-year-old hurler piled up 4 wins and no losses for the Eskimo Brothers last month and won the Eastern AA Pitcher of the Month award for his efforts. Izquierdo stymied opposing batters on 26 base hits and a .206 batting average. He rang up 27 strikeouts in 33.2 innings of work, surrendered 11 walks and fashioned a sparkling 1.34 ERA. |
