Mesa Loses Nick Beaton for Season Friday, May 8th , 2026 Nick Beaton of the Razor Sharks just might have to call it quits for the season. The 25-year-old Mesa starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Winchester Mountaineers recently at Razor Sharks Ballpark. Beaton suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch. The Razor Sharks medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 11 months. In 0 starts this season, Beaton has notched a 1-0 record and a 6.75 ERA. |
