A Day for the Record Books: Sinclair Hits 4 HR Saturday, April 13th , 2024 Libertyville Polecats second baseman Justin Sinclair totally decimated the Traverse City Bears, finishing with 4 home runs in his team's 25-9 win. The Bears had no answer for Sinclair, who finished the day 6-for-7 with 10 RBIs and 6 runs scored. "What can I say? My guys could've shot the ball out of a rifle and he'd probably hit them out anyway," said Traverse City skipper Zach Hildebrant. "There's nothing you can do when a guy gets in that kind of zone, you just hope he cools down some before you have to face him again." When asked about his record performance, Sinclair responded, "After the first two I just tried to do everything the same way and it worked." Justin Sinclair singled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Jordan Santiago in the 2nd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Quentin Dickson in the 2nd, walked in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th.
