3-HR Binge for Terry Against Miami Friday, April 12th , 2024 Devin Terry went yard three times in a Stockton Ragin Cajuns victory over the Miami Boll Weevils at Ballpark of Stockton. "I was in a groove," he said. "Every pitch they tossed up there looked like a grapefruit." For the day, the Stockton third baseman went 3-for-3 against Miami with 9 RBIs and 4 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the Ragin Cajuns to the 16-4 win. "I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out." Devin Terry hit a two-run home run off John McClements in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Ferhat Chiwocha in the 4th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Steve Adams in the 5th. For the year, Terry is batting .379 with 6 home runs, 20 RBIs and 10 runs scored. |
