E-AA Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, April 27th , 2026 When it came to hitting the baseball, Matt Strader was in a class by himself in the Eastern AA this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding left fielder for Traverse City tagged opposing pitchers for a .423 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 11 hits in 26 at-bats, 3 homers, 6 runs scored and 6 RBIs. So far in 2026 Strader is batting .290 with 6 home runs, 14 RBIs and 12 runs scored. He has 20 hits in 69 at-bats and a .338 OBP. |
