Season Possibly Over for Miles Hurlbut Saturday, April 11th , 2026 Miles Hurlbut has to call it a season. The Corpus Christi Mermen starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Mescalero Chiefs and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Hurlbut was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 13 months. |
