Martinez Named Top Reliever for W-AA Wednesday, October 21st , 2026 The manager of the Stockton Ragin Cajuns said he always had confidence handing the ball to Carlos Martinez out of the bullpen. The 32-year-old was a dominant performer all year for Stockton and his efforts have been rewarded with the Western AA Reliever of the Year Award for 2026. The bullpen ace had an impressive 1.96 ERA this season, with 6 saves in 55 relief appearances. He fanned 79 batters in 82.2 innings and sported a record of 7 wins and 4 losses. He received 24 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Adam Woll of the Augusta Capitols finished second in voting, while Isaiah Borne of the Vermont Milkmen finished third.
