Boise Eliminated from Playoff Contention Friday, September 12th , 2025 Members of the Boise Dread Kings sat in stunned silence in their clubhouse, adjusting to the knowledge that they had lost their chance for a playoff berth this year. "We really thought we had the team to get into the playoffs," said reliever Jamie Licht. The Dread Kings have made the playoffs 17 times in their 26 years as a ABA Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2023. In the last 10 seasons, the Dread Kings have made the playoffs 3 times. |
