Western AA Announces August's Best Batter Monday, September 1st , 2025 For a rookie just breaking in, Chris Swain certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the W-AA Batter of the Month award for August. The 27-year-old second baseman for the Stockton Ragin Cajuns hit .363 with 3 home runs, 21 RBIs and 21 runs scored. This season, Swain has hit 9 home runs and posted a .297 batting average. |
