Cornwall's Chinn to Miss 9 Months Thursday, August 7th , 2025 When Nick Chinn was hurt against the Vermont Milkmen, the Cornwall Royals were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 27-year-old reliever suffered a stretched elbow ligament throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Chinn would miss 9 months of the season. Thus far this season, Chinn has saved 3 games. His won-lost mark is no wins and no losses with 26 strikeouts in 32.2 innings, along with a 1.93 ERA. |
