Capitols Donnelly Gone for Year Tuesday, August 5th , 2025 The season is apparently over for Tom Donnelly. The Augusta Capitols medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 11 months with a torn labrum. Donnelly was hurt in the game against Vermont while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Running the numbers on Donnelly for the year, he has made 1 relief appearance, recorded no saves and compiled a 3-2 won-lost mark with a 2.66 ERA. In pitching 44 innings, he has totaled 32 strikeouts and 19 walks. |
