Star of the Week Awarded in W-AA Monday, August 31st , 2026 It was an extraordinary week for Franklin Leos of the Vail Tigercats. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .409, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Western AA. Last week Leos went 9-for-22, racked up 2 home runs and 10 RBIs and scored 3 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Vail left fielder. So far this season, Leos has 7 home runs and a .347 batting average. |
