Week's Top Performer Honored by E-AA Monday, August 3rd , 2026 It's always a thrill for fans of the team and students of the game alike when a superstar in the making shows what he's got. Billy Carroll, the Winchester Mountaineers 23-year-old designated hitter, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Eastern AA Player of the Week honors. He ripped 10 hits in 30 at-bats, compiling a .333 average with 5 home runs and 12 RBIs. This year, Carroll is batting .316 with 135 hits, 28 home runs, 86 RBIs, 43 walks, .391 OBP and has scored 82 runs. |
