E-AA Honors Rohnert Park First Baseman Monday, July 22nd , 2024 Not every ball that came off Mike Gohlke's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Rohnert Park Cougars. For his exploits, Gohlke was named this week's Eastern AA Player of the Week award. The Rohnert Park first baseman put up 12 hits in 23 at-bats and 3 home runs while hitting .522 with 9 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This year, Gohlke has collected a .402 batting average to date with 90 hits in 224 at-bats, 67 RBIs, 24 home runs and scored 57 times. He has played in 59 games. |
