Best E-AA Reliever Named Wednesday, October 21st , 2020 He may only be 23, but Dave Barncord of the Rohnert Park Cougars has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Eastern AA. The reliever was today named the E-AA Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2020. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 5 saves in 57 relief appearances and 106 strikeouts in 104.1 innings. He had a record of 6-0 to go with his 2.42 ERA. He received 7 first place votes out of a possible 24. Ramon Ibarra of the Mesa Razor Sharks finished second in voting with 9 first place votes, while Frank Yanez of the Winchester Mountaineers finished third with 7 first place votes.
