Matt Dickson had a marvelous 2021 season. The Stockton mound mainstay garnered the most votes and has been named the W-AA Pitcher of the Year Award honoree.

The Ragin Cajuns star dominated his opposition, finishing with 10 wins, 5 losses and a 2.04 ERA. In 27 starts he worked a total of 159 innings, striking out 144, while walking 47. Other clubs managed to hit only .228 against him.

He received 21 first place votes out of a possible 24. Jorge Salazar of the London Tigers finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Jimmy Torres of the Hamilton Bulldogs finished third.
