Grams Stops Washington Cold, 13-0
Wednesday, July 16th , 2025
Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Washington Wildthings as starter Jimmy Grams shut them out, 13-0, at Red Barons Ballpark. The Riverside pitcher struck out 8 and walked 2 while allowing 1 hit.
"Grams was good but he wasn't flawless," Washington manager Danny Sanchez said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Riverside, but this is on us."
In the current season in 16 starts, Jimmy Grams has a record of 10-2 with 91 strikeouts in 106.2 innings and a 2.45 ERA.
