Sonoma's Crocker W-AA Top Pitcher Tuesday, August 1st , 2023 A money pitcher -- the guy to bet on, when the chips are down. That's a very good description of a bullpen specialist. And one of the best in the league is Mark Crocker of the Sonoma Scorpions. He was outstanding in July and was named the Pitcher of the Month in the Western AA. In July, Sonoma's star reliever held the opposition to a .172 average and put up 7 saves and 13 strikeouts in 16 innings with a 4-0 mark and a 1.12 ERA. Crocker has 13 saves this season with a won-lost record of 5-1 and 1.59 ERA. |
