Mountaineers Prevail, as Division Series Goes to the Wire Monday, September 20th , 2021 In an exciting Division Series that had its fair share of drama and intrigue, perhaps it is ABA Double A fans who have come out the winner. But on the field, the winners were the Winchester Mountaineers, who edged the Rohnert Park Cougars 4-3 to advance to the League Championship Series. Winchester won the final game by a 4-2 count to wrap up the series. Ryan Burchett earned series MVP honors, by hitting .259 with a .355 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Winchester Mountaineers will play against the Mesa Razor Sharks in the next round.
