Wild Card Clinched by Stockton Thursday, September 8th , 2022 For the Stockton Ragin Cajuns, it's not how you start, but how you finish. That's the mantra the team is following after today qualifying for the playoffs. "We may be going into the playoffs as a wild card team, but we plan to finish the playoffs as champions," said reliever Ricardo Grados. "There's no shortage of confidence from guys in our clubhouse." With a record of 81-59, there will of course be teams with better track records in the postseason. But team manager Jeffrey Troke said his club has "infinite optimism" that they can win the franchise's 2nd ABA Double A championship. |
