Benson Cops E-AA Batter of the Month Honors Tuesday, September 1st , 2020 Kyle Benson has a lot going for him. The Fresno right fielder just broke into the majors this year and now the Eastern AA has just picked him as its top hitter for August. In 28 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .359 with 11 home runs, 30 RBIs and 22 runs scored. This year Benson is hitting .302 with 26 home runs and 67 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .400 clip and scored 71 runs. |
