Star of the Week Honored in W-AA Monday, June 10th , 2024 When it came to hitting the baseball, Ryan Burchett had few peers in the Western AA this past week. The talented first baseman for Cornwall tagged opposing pitchers for a .455 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 10 hits in 22 at-bats, 2 homers, 3 runs scored and 6 RBIs. So far this season, Burchett has put up a .471 batting average with 33 hits, 7 home runs and 17 RBIs. |
