Stephenson's Season Could be Over Wednesday, August 31st , 2022 The season is finished for Roman Stephenson of the Aurora Suns. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Suns second baseman suffered a torn back muscle while colliding with a player at a base in a recent game against the Jackson Rebels. Team doctors said it would take at least 5 months to heal. This year, Stephenson has hit at a .233 clip with 15 RBIs, 4 home runs and 21 runs scored. |
