Cornwall Snaps Fekety Streak at 23 Wednesday, June 17th , 2026 Adrian Fekety's 23-game hitting streak was snapped at Mariachis Ballpark. The 27-year-old Hamilton Bulldogs second baseman failed to get a hit in 3 at-bats in the game against the Cornwall Royals, but Hamilton came out the winner, 6-3. "I don't think the streak was ever a big deal to Adrian," Bulldogs manager Tony Velez said after the game. "He ain't that type of guy. He just wants to help the team win ballgames." This season, Fekety is batting .310 with 81 hits, 2 home runs, 34 RBIs, 9 walks, .331 OBP and has scored 33 runs. He has played in 62 games. |
