Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for St. Louis Tuesday, August 2nd , 2022 The St. Louis Cavalry certainly didn't impress many fans this with their play on the field. And now there is no hope of turning a dismal season around -- the team was officially knocked out of playoff contention today. St. Louis last appeared in the postseason in 2017. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 13 times in their 23-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Cavalry have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
