3-HR Day for Lotz Tuesday, July 12th , 2022 Vermont first baseman Tim Lotz led the Milkmen to a triumph, 8-4, over the London Tigers, crushing three home runs. "He's scary good when he's swinging the bat like that," said Vermont skipper Mike Barriga. Indeed, Lotz put up some "scary good" numbers: three homers, 3 hits in 4 at-bats with 3 runs and 5 RBIs. "I'm just thinkin' about winning ballgames," Lotz said. "When you think about home runs, you very seldom get 'em." Tim Lotz hit a two-run home run off Jadon Bernard in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Jadon Bernard in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Tony Figueroa in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th.
