Postseason Bid Ends for Vermont Wednesday, August 28th , 2019 Postseason baseball won't be coming to Vermont this year. The quest for the playoffs ended for the Vermont Milkmen today, as they were mathematically eliminated from contention. "Not the first time I've experienced this," said Milkmen manager Roberto Enriquez, "but it never gets fun." Vermont last appeared in the postseason in 2015. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 14 times in their 20-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Milkmen have made the playoffs 2 times. |
