Week's Premier Player: Cornwall's Myers Monday, August 30th , 2021 Tim Myers demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Western AA Player of the Week Award. The Cornwall catcher wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .526 average (10-for-19) with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. Thus far this season, Myers has hit .191 with 18 home runs, 57 RBIs and scored 39 times. |
