Year Ends for Joe Craig in Miami Friday, August 27th , 2021 Doctors in Miami said Joe Craig might not play anymore this year. The Boll Weevils second baseman suffered a broken bone in the elbow during a game against the Vermont Milkmen and will be out for at least 5-6 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. For the season, Craig has produced 26 hits in 101 at-bats for a .257 average with 4 home runs and gotten on base at a .348 clip. |
