Cavalry Mathematically Out of Playoffs Tuesday, August 10th , 2021 It has been a woeful season for the St. Louis Cavalry and now they have been officially eliminated from playoff contention. "You always need some things to break your way to get into the playoffs," said manager Leo Medina. "And nothing broke our way this year." The Cavalry have missed the playoffs 12 times in their 22 years as a ABA Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 4th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2017. In the last 10 seasons, the Cavalry have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
