Best Pitcher Picked by Eastern AA Thursday, August 1st , 2019 The Winchester Mountaineers felt very secure when they sent Doug Yost out to the hill last month. The 33-year-old starter went after Eastern AA hitters with a vengeance and earned July's Pitcher of the Month award. He went 5-0 with a 0.76 ERA as he struck out 62 in 47.2 innings over 6 starts. To date this year in 24 starts, Yost has crafted a 16-4 mark with a 2.57 ERA. |
