5-Hit Game for Gallegos Wednesday, July 31st , 2019 Augusta Capitols designated hitter Tony Gallegos went 5-for-6 today and paced Augusta to a 13-2 victory over the Miami Boll Weevils at The Capitol Dome. "Well, that was fun," Gallegos said following the game. Tony Gallegos hit a two-run home run off Seth Ells in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Jason Alvers in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th. For the year Gallegos has hit .235 with 21 home runs, 65 RBIs and scored 50 runs. |
