Cornwall SP Harvey Will Miss 8 Months Saturday, May 10th , 2025 The doctors have spoken and Rob Harvey of the Cornwall Royals didn't like what he heard. The 28-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Harvey sustained his season-ending injury during the St. Louis Cavalry game yesterday at King George Park. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Cornwall medical staff reported Harvey had a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 8 months. |
