Firecats Andres Novas Will Miss Season Thursday, June 20th , 2019 The season is finished for Andres Novas of the Hialeah Firecats. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Firecats shortstop suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament while running the bases in a recent game against the St. Louis Cavalry. Team doctors said it would take at least 11 months to heal. Novas on the season is batting .254 with 3 home runs. His totals include 20 RBIs and 21 runs scored. He has played in 60 games. |
