Tom Coon Named Best W-AA Batter in May Tuesday, June 1st , 2021 For a rookie just breaking in, Tom Coon certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the W-AA Batter of the Month award for May. The 24-year-old left fielder for the Sonoma Scorpions hit .348 with 8 home runs, 19 RBIs and 17 runs scored. So far this year, Coon has hit .347 with 8 home runs, 19 RBIs and 18 runs scored. |
