May's Best Batter Announced Tuesday, June 1st , 2021 When Tom Klenke stepped up to the plate in May he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Eastern AA Batter of the Month award. The young Fresno right fielder posted a .424 batting average with 8 home runs, 17 RBIs and scored 20 runs. Klenke also worked pitchers for 6 walks to post a .462 on-base percentage. A look at his current stats shows Klenke with a .324 average, 9 home runs, 23 RBIs and 26 runs scored. He has played in 48 games. |
