Brosch Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Monday, April 29th , 2024 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Keith Brosch of the Detroit Giants. Brosch went on a tear at Ballpark of Detroit and cracked hit after hit off Toronto pitching. When the dust settled on the diamond, the 26-year-old left fielder had a career 5-for-5 day and something he will long remember. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but I don't think I'll tell them we lost," he joked in the BNN postgame interview. Despite Brosch's personal accolades, the Toronto Trash Pandas walked off the field with the 4-3 win. Keith Brosch singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
