Carolina Closer Hurt Saturday, April 27th , 2024 When Jerrod Notaro was hurt against the Hollywood Stars, the Carolina Reapers were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 24-year-old closer suffered shoulder inflammation throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Notaro would miss 5 months of the season. To date Notaro has no saves with a 0-2 mark and 6.14 ERA. Opposing teams are hitting .276 against him. |
