Dallas, C Downing Reach Contract Agreement Friday, January 23rd , 2026 Team insiders were tight-lipped prior to today's deal that brought 28-year-old catcher Dustin Downing to Dallas. Downing is considered one of the league's A-list players and certainly will enhance any chances the Dragons have to win a playoff spot this year. Lifetime Downing is batting .234 with 78 doubles, 2 triples, 55 home runs and 221 RBIs in 646 games. |
